At Integrative Family Medicine of Iowa, we work with most major insurance plans to help make your care as accessible as possible. We know insurance can be confusing, so our team is here to make the process simple and transparent.
Before your visit, it’s a good idea to check your benefits so you know exactly what your plan covers — including co-pays, deductibles, or visit limits. You can do this by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card or by logging into your insurance provider’s portal.

If your insurance plan is out-of-network, you may still be seen at our clinic. Self-Pay payment will be due at the time of service, and we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
